Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://www.mentorai.com.au, applying for or enrolling in the AI Essentials Certification or AI Masters Certification, joining our community, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
“Mentor AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us” means Gym Mentor Pty Ltd trading as Mentor AI.
“You” means the applicant, student, member, or user.
These Terms apply to:
• AI Essentials Certification
• AI Masters Certification
• Online trainings, workshops and live sessions
• Templates, prompts, automation workflows and resources
• Free community access via Circle
• Events, webinars and challenges
• SMS and email communications
2. Certification Applications and Enrolment
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We may approve or decline applicants at our discretion.
Access to certifications is granted only after payment confirmation or approved payment arrangement.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during application and enrolment.
3. Payments, Billing and Refunds
Prices are displayed in USD as shown at checkout.
If you choose a payment plan, you authorise recurring billing until paid in full.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
• Certification enrolments are non refundable once access is granted
• Setup fees and one time purchases are non refundable
• No pro rata refunds apply for partial participation
If a payment fails, access may be paused until resolved.
4. Free Community Access, Circle Platform
We provide access to a free community hosted on Circle.
By joining, you agree to:
• Act respectfully and professionally
• Not harass, defame or threaten others
• Not post unlawful, infringing or misleading content
• Not scrape, copy or redistribute member content
• Not promote unrelated services without permission
We may moderate content and suspend or remove members at our discretion.
Access to the community may be revoked at any time for breach of these guidelines.
We are not responsible for advice, opinions or content shared by other members.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Mentor AI remain our intellectual property, including:
• Training materials
• Slide decks
• Prompts
• Automation builds
• Workflows
• Scripts
• Frameworks
• Templates
• Certification content
You are granted a non exclusive, non transferable licence to use materials for your own internal business use.
You may not:
• Resell or redistribute materials
• Share login access
• Reproduce content for commercial training
• Reverse engineer proprietary systems
Unauthorised use may result in termination and legal action.
6. Certification and Results Disclaimer
Completion of AI Essentials or AI Masters does not guarantee:
• Income results
• Client acquisition
• Business performance
• Automation success
• Platform approvals
Results depend on your effort, implementation, skill, market conditions and third party platforms.
7. Third Party Platforms
We may reference or integrate with platforms such as:
• GoHighLevel
• n8n
• Twilio
• OpenAI
• Meta
• Google
• Circle
Their own terms and policies apply.
We are not liable for third party outages, account restrictions, pricing changes or compliance issues.
8. Communications and SMS Consent
You authorise us to send transactional messages relating to your account, enrolment or support.
Marketing emails and SMS are sent only with consent.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel.
Reply HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for:
• Non payment
• Breach of these Terms
• Community misconduct
• Illegal activity
• Intellectual property misuse
Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Parties submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
For US customers, claims must first undergo good faith negotiation for 30 days before proceedings commence.
